We are a psychological services company that provides counselling and consulting. We focus on personal, family and workplace well-being. We believe that information is crucial for empowering individuals and organizations, and to this end we provide a wide range of educational programs.

The primary venue for counselling is within the Couples Clinic, but we also provide a variety of other services, including consultation services.

Dr. Davidson has 20 years of counselling experience and was a child psychologist for 8 years. He specializes in couples counselling and conducted his doctoral research in this area. In 1999 he accepted an invitation to present his couples therapy research at a major psychology conference in Portugal. This research was published in the Journal of Family Psychology (see publications), published by the American Psychological Association.

Dr. Davidson has also been an Organizational Development Consultant for 20 years and specializes in providing team building and conflict management programs to the private and public sectors. He has published his consulting research in the international journal, the Organization Development Journal (see media and publications).

Having taught for the Departments of Psychology, Social Work and Education at Okanagan University College, Dr. Davidson has also been a guest lecturer for the Business Department. He has also been a guest on TV and radio shows and has been quoted extensively in a variety of newspaper and magazine articles on work, family, and relationship issues, including the Vancouver Sun and Globe and Mail (see media and publications). He has presented his research nationally and in Europe.

Mr. Anderson has been a psychologist for over 30 years. He has held a variety of senior management positions in mental health agencies. In his current private practice in the lower Mainland and the Island, his practice is split between clinical work, where he specializes in burnout, working with difficult people, perfectionism, and his consulting work, where he is a management psychologist for a large corporation in Vancouver.
