Workplace resilience is the ability of an organization and its members to adapt and make choices creatively in the face of stress and change. High functioning work teams are essential in this process and are also crucial for productivity and peak performance, as well as job satisfaction and employee retention. Participants will learn a variety of strategies for maximizing team and individual resilience including:

PRESENTERS

Mr. Anderson has worked as a manager/consultant for 30 years. He is a consulting psychologist on workplace issues for an international company based in Vancouver.

Dr. Davidson has been practicing as a consultant and counselor for 25 years. Published in the areas of organizational stress management and conflict management, he has presented nationally and in Europe. He maintains a practice in Vernon.

The work of both presenters has been utilized extensively in features on workplace issues in such media outlets as the Vancouver Sun, Vancouver Province, Toronto Globe and Mail and CBC Radio and TV. They are known for their engaging, energetic and humourous presentations.
